In the normal course of business and with your prior consent, Cadre may disclose personal information to its clients when we believe there is potential for job placement. As a candidate, you are relying on Cadre to share only the information necessary for companies to make an informed decision regarding a candidate. Furthermore, Cadre may share information with its affiliates, partners, contractors, or other companies (collectively "representatives") that Cadre is or may become associated with to provide full recruitment services. However, Cadre will only disclose limited information as required for the function to be performed by the representative on Cadre’s behalf.

Having read this Policy, and by accepting Cadre’s services and providing the Company with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as specified herein.
Wherever possible, and when necessary, Cadre will obtain your express consent for particular uses and disclosures. For example, Cadre will seek your express written consent before releasing your information to a third party for the purpose of conducting a background check.
Your consent is implied if Cadre believes to be using your personal information for purposes that are obvious to you. For example, if you list the names and phone numbers of your previous employers on your resume for reference checking purposes, Cadre will not seek your express consent before checking these references.
Cadre retains personal information as long as you use its placement services, or longer if required by law. For contractors, this means Cadre will retain all personal information as long as the contractor remains on Cadre’s payroll, and for seven years thereafter, as required by law. For permanent placements, Cadre will retain personal information for a minimum of one year following acceptance of the permanent employment position.
