Urban centers across North America are continuously growing. This calls for major cities to encourage mass transit, relieving traffic infrastructure problems and environmental concerns. This has resulted in large upgrades to existing mass transit systems and new ones being developed.

The founding partners of Cadre have worked with some of the largest manufacturers and service providers in the transit industry for over 10 years.  We have successfully recruited across Canada and United States for highly technical to senior management contract and permanent positions.  Cadre understands the difficulties recruiting in an industry that is extremely regulated and scrutinized by its public sector clients.
