The Attribute Index is one of the most highly-validated assessments available. It identifies 45 specific workplace attributes and compares a potential candidate's overall "cognitive structure" to a statistical national norm. Our cognitive structure measurements come from a detailed analysis around the combination of knowledge, comprehension, experience, and overall core value assessments that the candidate assigns to a particular success factor.
