Cadre partners with a third party to provide a wide range of candidate evaluation and assessment tools that we can rigorously apply across all phases of candidate identification and selection, including candidate evaluation, placement management, incident reporting and post-placement checks and surveys.

Cadre can supplement our standard process with the following assessment tools. Below are summaries of highly-validated major selection and evaluation processes we can offer:

DISC

DISC is a comprehensive reporting process that enables us to identify and understand candidate's distinctive behavioural and communications styles. This process enables Cadre to accurately identify the candidate's motivation, developmental needs, how to best manage them, and ultimately, their overall value to the organization.

Typically, DISC results in approximately 24 pages of in-depth behavioural analysis that enables us to reliably understand how a candidate will perform in your workplace, and what their strengths and weaknesses are. This assessment enables us to realistically evaluate the candidate's organizational abilities, analytical skills, competitiveness, sense of urgency, their orientation towards customer satisfaction, their ability to manage change, their versatility and adaptability, and, most importantly, their abilities interact with others in your organization.

This assessment can also be customized to emphasize a candidate's management & leadership skills, sales abilities, customer service qualities, or suitability for general staff.
