At Cadre, we recognize your need for affordable protection. That's why we’ve partnered with Maclagan Inc. to offer and an extremely flexible benefits program that offers a unique mix of coverage programs and other optional benefits that, until now, have only been available in large employer group programs.

Your plan, your choice

Different people have different needs. That’s why the Cadre Benefits Program lets you choose the coverage that’s right for you.

Our benefit packages offer three levels of protection: 

• STARTER
• BASIC (EHC, or EHC + Dental)
• ENHANCED (EHC, or EHC + Dental)
  
  EHC: Extended Health Care Plan

Dental benefits cannot be purchased on their own, and EHC cannot be purchased by itself in the STARTER package.

The Cadre benefits program is designed to provide you with the basic coverage you need, as well as offer you the flexibility to customize your coverage with optional benefits. Available coverage includes:

1. Extended Health Care Benefits, including:
   • Prescription Drugs
   • Paramedical services
   • Ambulance
   • Semi-Private Hospital
   • Private Duty Nursing out-of-hospital
   • Vision & Hearing Aids
   • Medical Supplies and Equipment
2. Extended Health Care + Dental Benefits
   • Dental benefits vary by plan selected
3. Optional Benefits:
   • Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
   • Critical Illness Insurance
   • Disability Insurance
   • Medical & Dental Saving Account Program (MDSA)
